At C|ĀRAF, every order is carefully prepared and packaged before making its way to you.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and do not include processing time.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

We appreciate your patience should an unexpected delay occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

C|ĀRAF is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first for assistance.

If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

C|ĀRAF currently ships within the United States only. We look forward to expanding international availability in the future.
