Refund policy

Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page or at hello@carafparfums.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, sprayed, or used fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
